Beyond his role in sales, Jesse has also made contributions to property development, leveraging his expertise to transform ideas into reality.

Serving as our Executive Financial & HR Operations Manager, she oversees multiple departments including Accounting Supervision, Financial Management, and Human Resources. Her commitment to organization, accountability, and precision helps ensure every process is completed correctly the first time — creating a seamless experience for both our team and our customers.
With over 20 years of audit accounting experience working with Washington State, Shilo brings an exceptional level of financial expertise and attention to detail to SPR. She graduated top of her class from Saint Martin’s University and has built her career around integrity, accuracy, and operational excellence. Her ability to manage complex financial systems while supporting the day-to-day needs of the company makes her an invaluable part of the SPR leadership team.
Outside of work, Shilo enjoys spending time with her two dogs and her three grown children. Her dedication, professionalism, and people-first mindset continue to help drive the success and stability of SPR every day.
With over 20 years of experience in construction management, Stephen Nixon brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on industry knowledge to every project. As Superintendent, Stephen is responsible for managing crews, overseeing project execution, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. His extensive background in construction allows him to lead teams effectively and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Stephen is known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail, helping ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship and care. His experience across multiple areas of construction makes him a valuable leader both in the field and with customers.
When he’s not working, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family on their several-hundred-acre ranch in Hawaii, where he appreciates the outdoors, ranch life, and quality time with family.
